When Congress returns in September, the U.S. Senate will consider an important bill that funds vital services for regular Americans. The U.S. House overwhelmingly passed the Labor-HHS-Education bill in July. Now the Senate will act on the measure, which funds vital services such as Head Start, child care and job training.
